A Delightful Culinary Experience!

We enjoyed a marvelous four-night stay! The comfort double room offered a cozy ambiance, perfect for relaxation. Dinner featured stunning oysters and squid, with our children raving about the best burgers ever. The service was warm and friendly—don’t miss the incredible Irish coffee to wrap up your meal!

We had a wonderful week spending time together, especially enjoying the delicious menu options each evening. Anna and Frederick, along with their team, made us feel right at home, and the outdoor terrace was perfect for relaxing mornings with my granddaughter.

My kids wished for more activities for children.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing

The outdoor spaces were delightful, especially the swimming pool! Breakfast offered a variety of options that were quite enjoyable.

Some personal touches seemed lacking during our stay! Noise levels were bothersome and could disturb your peaceful escape.

The Comfort Double Room was spacious and nicely furnished. We had a great view over the rooftops, which was a nice touch. The bed was super comfy, and we slept really well! it did get a bit warm at night and we ended up running the fan almost all the time. the noise from the road was a little distracting, especially compared to the quieter poolside rooms we'd had on past visits.

While the outdoor spaces were inviting, the noise from the nearby road could be a bit distracting, especially for those used to quieter surroundings. the room felt a bit tight for a longer stay, particularly if you have more luggage to wrangle.

Had a lovely four-night stay where I savored delicious dinners and lounged by the beautiful outdoor swimming pool. They have a great sun terrace and inviting garden area for lounging or relaxing. If I had to say one thing, the room could’ve used a bit more light, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience! 😊

this hotel was super nice and the team was really welcoming and friendly. loved the outdoor spaces like the terrasses and swimming pool which were just lovely. the bed was really comfy and we slept great! breakfast was diverse and tasty. everything we needed for a wonderful stay was there.

Great restaurant with lovely atmosphere, but Wi-Fi connectivity was frustratingly non-existent.

l'ocean is a lovely hotel with a friendly team that really made us feel welcome. the outside areas, including the terraces and swimming pool, are perfect for chilling out. we especially enjoyed the diverse breakfast. the bed in our comfort double room was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night's sleep!

This was a nice choice for a quick layover in Le Bois-Plage-en-Re with great value for money. The bike paths nearby made for easy exploring, and we loved coming back to the refreshing pool after our rides. Make sure to check for room options with air conditioning if you're sensitive to heat.
